Consumer Guarantees and Your Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For minor issues that can be repaired within a reasonable time, we have the right to choose between repairing, replacing, or refunding the item.

Expedited Warranty Process

Our simple 3-step process to handle your warranty claims:

**Submit Your Claim** : Once verified, we’ll proceed with the claim submission. 

 **Process with Suppliers**: Submit warranty and order parts with respective suppliers.

**Carry Out Repairs** : After approval, we’ll carry out the necessary repairs.

Important Note

Your consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law exist independently of this warranty and are not limited by it.


Any faults not submitted in this claim will have to be submitted as a new claim.
